We ship all orders placed before 6pm the same day.
So please take into account 1-2 days shipping time.
Where does my product come from?
Our products come directly from our warehouse, which means we can guarantee a fast delivery time.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note that shipping costs may vary per country.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout of the products. Import costs are also not included in the price.
My product arrived broken, what now?
No problem!
If a product has arrived with a defect, please contact us immediately via the live chat or via our email address: info@seirihome.nl
This way we are immediately informed and can solve the problem straight away.
Returns & Contact
What is your return policy?
You can return your products within 14 days after placing the order.
Please note that the herb labels are not returnable as these are custom made products. Furthermore, you can return any product.
You can easily register the return by sending us an email or clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

How quickly can I expect my money back for my return?
Once your return has been registered, you can send it to us. From the moment we receive the returned product, we will assess it and aim to refund the money to the payment method used within 5-7 working days.

Products
Can I have my stickers applied by you?
Yes, this is possible. We recently started offering the service of placing stickers on the desired products before delivery.
Per sticker you pay 0.30 cents extra on top of the standard amount of the stickers and products themselves. Simply indicate in the shipping notes which stickers you would like to see on your product from the ordered sticker package.
Please note that shipping your products may take a little longer. Generally allow 2-3 business days extra.
Can I create my own stickers?
Our sticker sheets contain the most common kitchen spices, so the spices you want may not be included.
Unfortunately we can't offer custom stickers at the moment, if you really want a specific label? Send us an email at info@seirihome.nl and we will do our best to add it to the next restock!
My desired product is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
Unfortunately, some products are in high demand and may be sold out. We try to keep our stock up but sometimes we can't keep up with demand.
We will keep our customers informed by email for any restocks and pre-orders. So sign up for our exclusive emails with information about new products, restocks and exclusive discount codes especially for you!
We accept pre-orders if we know the products will be back in stock within 3 weeks.
